Off Topic-Xwg will sell Iphone accessories!
Breaking out to new highs! It would be good to have the Marley group on board.

I personally think this $3.7 stock will make $5-20 this year, maybe $5 in 2 weeks. They sell mostly phone accessories....like Iphone accessories. Its worth looking into.

iPhone Debuts June 29th

No doubt on June 29th, 2007 Steve Job, and Apple will once again make history as the much anticipated iPhone makes its debut. Early indications are that there will be two versions of the iPhone, a 4GB ($499.00) and an 8GB ($599.00). Probably the most anticipated phone in history, some estimates predict the iPhone will capture as much as 6% of the market on release.

And like other highly anticipated Apple product releases (namely iPod), there will be many other companies who benefit from the iPhone debut. Once such company who might stand to benefit from the iPhone is a small company called Wireless Xcessories Group (AMEX - XWG).

Wireless Xcessories Group, Inc. designs and distributes a range of accessories for cellular phones throughout the United States and Canada. The Company offers in excess of 3,000 items that include rechargeable batteries, personal and vehicle hands free kits, in-car and travel chargers, as well as a variety of carrying cases. The Company sells to dealers and distributors through an in-house sales force and directly from its website, Wireless Xcessories Group.

Now why would I being doing this article on Wireless Xcessories Group instead of Mad Catz (Mad Catz was a previously Special Issue) since Mad Catz also provides some accessories for IPODS and cell phones? While I am a fan of Mad Catz as my previous articles have shown, I think Wireless Xcessories Group may be the front runner here with the rest of the accessory providers being the also-rans.

Wireless Xcessories Group is the largest wholesaler of aftermarket electronic and cellular accessories in America. This is their core business and not a sideline or simply another source of revenue. Sales are generated though the use of their inhouse sales team, email marketing, direct marketing and catalog. On the 1st Qtr Results Conference Call (dated May 8th,2007) CEO, Steve Rade stated they currently have an 80 page catalog for they are mailing to their customers. This is the first catalog in over 2 years. So in a nutshell, cell phone accessories is what they do and these highly anticipated product releases such as the iPhone are what they thrive on.

Does XWG have any sort of exclusive right or deals to market iPhone product? I really don' t know and have not heard anything to this affect. I do know that Apple has a program where they give some companies the rights to license product as an offical approved product. If XWG has or receives such a license, then this would bode very well indeed I would think. Again, as we near the launch more details will be forthcoming I am sure from all involved.

The iPhone will no doubt be a huge success and there will be many companies who will also reap the rewards by the nature of their business. Will Wireless Xcessories Group be the company who lead the pack? Time of course will tell but I wouldn't bet against this one.

I agree that their engagement of Goldman was a positive event for the company, I was referring to the announcement of the strategic review concluding being a net neutral event. Sorry about the confusion.

I have to disagree with you here. I believe the Goldman engagement gave them credibility on the Street, as well as helped the company focus on management with high end fashion experience.

This past conference call was by far the most professional one I have heard come from the company. They sounded more confident, more prepared to answer analyst questions. On top of that, Q1 results came out much sooner than in past quarters.

I believe these things, which have helped the Street re-gain some confidence in the company, were Goldman's doing. So I'd have to say the Goldman engagement was Net-positive.
